If you have a specific style in mind, feel free to share examples of art images you love or even create a Pinterest board to help bring your ideas to life. Your illustration should be as unique as your love story, and I’m here to make sure it perfectly matches your aesthetic.
For eg. When a couple's nicknames are Carrot and Sweet Potato, I designed a playful cartoon-style illustration that captures their unique bond. Later we then added a touch of humor by writing root vegetable puns at the bottom, perfect for printing as entertaining cards and magnets to make their guests laugh on their wedding day.

Celebrate the unique backdrop of your love story with a custom landscape that captures the magic of your special place—whether it's skipping through olive trees and vineyards in Tuscany, summiting majestic mountains, or meandering through paths of nostalgic fields, I’ll craft a personalized background that brings the beauty and sentiment of your chosen location to life.
For eg. When a couple’s passion for tarot cards—especially the 10 of Cups—guided their illustration, I incorporated this theme to create a personalized scene. We featured the stunning Dolomite Mountains, where they honeymooned, and added a whimsical touch with their beloved Shiba Inu joyfully leaping through a rainbow.

DESCRIBE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS:
To make your illustration truly personal and distinctive, let me know about your unique style and the details that define you and your partner. Just as the choice of your wedding attire, hairstyle, and shoes are significant on your special day, these elements will make your illustration uniquely yours.
Share information (better yet, pictures!) about your appearance, outfits, accessories, and any special touches that represent your personalities and story. For eg. When a bride was thrilled about her veil adorned with colorful, embroidered flowers, we embraced this detail with a creative twist. I wove the vibrant blooms into a swirling, artistic depiction of the wind, capturing her style and the essence of her special day in a beautifully unique way.

Hi, I’m your illustrator, Rebecca Montgomery!
My journey into creating illustrations of love began with a simple passion for giving meaningful, personalized gifts to friends on their wedding days.
With over 10 years of illustrating experience and a BFA from UBC, what started as a heartfelt hobby has evolved into a professional craft.
Each illustration I create is inspired by the unique love stories and special moments of the couples I work with, transforming those initial gifts into a dedicated art form that celebrates love in every detail.
